Terms

Last updated September 2026

These are the terms on which Aileron VIP arranges travel and hospitality. They are short because the detail lives in each proposal.

What we do

We recommend and arrange flights, private aviation, accommodation, ground transport, and access to sporting and other events. We act as an agent: the travel itself is provided by airlines, operators, hotels and event organisers under their own conditions of carriage, stay or entry, which apply alongside these terms.

Requests and proposals

A request through the site is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is reserved or charged until you confirm a written proposal from us. Prices and availability in a proposal hold for the period stated in it.

Payment and changes

Payment terms, deposits, change and cancellation conditions are set out in each proposal and follow those of the underlying suppliers. Event tickets and hospitality are typically non-refundable once issued.

Travel documents and insurance

You are responsible for valid passports, visas and health requirements for every traveller, and for holding suitable travel insurance. We will flag what we know, but the responsibility stays with the traveller.

Financial protection

Where a booking qualifies as a package or linked travel arrangement, the protection that applies is stated in the proposal. Flight-only bookings are protected as set out by the airline or by the relevant ATOL holder where applicable.

Our liability

We take care in every arrangement, but we are not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers, for events outside our reasonable control, or for losses that were not foreseeable when the booking was made. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
