Aileron VIP ("we", "us") is a private travel concierge based in London. This page explains what we do with the details you give us, in plain terms.

What we collect

When you send a request through the site we keep what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the trip you describe. We also record when the request was sent and which page it came from. If you tick the box to hear about fixtures and releases, we keep that choice too.

Why we use it

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running a concierge service. Marketing is consent-only.

Who sees it

Your details are seen by the Aileron team and, when arranging a trip, by our travel partner Flight Centre and by the airlines, hotels, event partners and ground operators needed to deliver it. Requests are stored with our database provider (Supabase, hosted in the UK/EU) and the site is served by Vercel. We do not sell your details.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies or cross-site tracking. The video and photography on the site are served from Pexels and Unsplash, who may see your IP address when the media loads.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them to serve you, and for the period we are required to keep booking records. Ask and we will delete anything we are not obliged to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email concierge@aileronvip.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes
